1. Equipment Use
The speed sensor test bench is used for speed sensor performance and parameter detection after maintenance.
2. Main functions
1) The equipment adopts industrial microcomputer and visual programming software and asynchronous motor as the equipment control system. It can manually or automatically test the speed sensor speed, waveform, phase difference, amplitude and other parameters, with printing and storage functions.
2) The operator can set the wheel diameter and running speed independently, and the test data and output waveform are visually displayed on the display.
3) The test piece model, the vehicle number, the operator code, etc. can be input as needed, and the test results are automatically generated and can be saved, printed, and output.
4) The device provides a good man-machine dialogue interface, and the operator can operate according to the operation prompts. The operation should be simple and easy to learn.
